The Take

Consensus is 8 picks high on Sam Darnold. The wolves wait, or pass.

The case

The wolves take Darnold later than the room: rank 85 against a market price of 77. He is a streamer. The replacement line is close enough that the wolves will not spend a real pick to beat it. Take him at cost. The edge lives elsewhere on the board.
